Assembly and the Senate (59 to 1 with two absences) today. Thanks to all members who responded to our many 
requests on listserves, CapWiz or phone calls. Our voices were heard and action 
resulted. The next step is for the Governor to sign it into law.<span>  </span></font></font></p>
