[LocalLeagueProgramandEducation] State Study Discussion Guide and Consensus Questions

Hi all-
Please find attached two documents: a Leader's Discussion Guide with the
Consensus Questions included, and a separate document with just the
Consensus Questions. Both documents will also be posted on the homepage of
the website today. The document referenced at the top of the Discussion
Guide, "Consolidating Local Government" is currently on the website  but
will be listed by title on the homepage later today also.

If you have any questions, please contact me. The responses are due in the
state office by June 1, 2010.

Thanks for all the hard work on this state study - we look forward to seeing
all the responses.
