the statewide ballot proposals, both constitutional amendments, which will be
covered in the Voter’s Guide Part 2. Laura’s earlier message gave
you a couple of web sites to look at for discussion of one of them. I’ve
repeated those below, and also attached two documents, one for each proposal. These
were sent to me by the NYS Board of Elections in DRAFT format, and are for your
information only; PLEASE DON’T DISTRIBUTE THEM until I receive the final
wording and explanatory text from the BoE. <o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

built, and the constitutional amendment is really just a formality. See the
